What delivery options do you offer in the UK?

We dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders are sent with Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the service selected at checkout.

How much is UK delivery?

We will advise you of your order postage to select at checkout depending on your order total. The UK mainland costs for postage of parcels at the following weight in KG:

UK Mainland Standard £5.09 (0-2KG)
UK Mainland Parcel £6.49  (2-10KG)
UK Mainland Box £9.98   (10-15KG)

Is my delivery tracked?

Yes. Our standard services are tracked. If there is any problem with your delivery let us know.

If I'm local to you can I collect my order?

Yes. If you are local to the Sassy Lassie HQ in Glasgow/Lanarkshire and wish to pick up your order then just let us know and don't pay any postage at checking and select "Collection".

When will my order arrive?

Delivery timeframes depend on the service selected and your location. You will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No. We currently serve UK mainland customers only.

I missed my delivery, what happens next?

If a delivery attempt is made, the carrier will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Please follow the guidance provided in your tracking updates.

Can I return an item?

Yes, full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We do not offer exchanges, however account credit is available and often suits our customers.

What condition must returns be in?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached. Please take care when trying on your purchase. Items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions, perfume, or any signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Are sale or clearance items returnable?

Sale and clearance items are sold at a reduced price on a non-returnable basis, which you agree to at the point of purchase.

How do I return my item?

We do not offer free or prepaid returns. Please place your item in suitable packaging and include either the completed packing slip or a note with your full name, telephone number, address, order number, and a brief description of the items you are returning.

Do I need to tell you before I post a return?

Yes you need to notify us in advance, so you receive the correct return instructions. Always send via a tracked delivery service and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Parcels lost in transit that do not arrive with us cannot be refunded, so please use a tracked postal service for your return.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank.

My item is faulty or incorrect, what should I do?

Apologies if something is not right. Email sharon@sassylassie.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or the incorrect item received. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Can I get account credit instead of a refund?

Yes. Account credit is available and can be convenient if you wish to reorder quickly.
